Project highlight: Food Day District of Columbia launch
Food Day started out strong in Washington, D.C., thanks in part to our on-site management and thoughtful planning of more than 120 events in a single week. Consulting on this launch meant creating a wide network of movement leaders and community organizers across all sectors of the food system, plus engaging local and national companies in the conversation about how communities can advance healthy, sustainable food systems.
