STRATEGIC PLAN INTEGRATION AND EVALUATION

God’s Pantry, a Feeding America organization, has developed a multi-year strategic plan centered on effectively, efficiently, and equitably feeding more community members. To bring the strategic plan to life, Food Works Group developed the SOFE™ tool, enabling the strategic plan to be integrated with and evaluated against departmental operations and finances. We held a two-day, in person facilitation with 20 individuals from key leadership positions to guide them through the process of implementing their strategic vision. This session, focused on trust and transparency, laid the groundwork for a collaborative planning process that resulted in clear metrics and goals for accomplishing the strategic plan. By the end of this engagement, God’s Pantry was well equipped to track, evaluate, and accomplish the strategic vision across all departments.
