OREGON FOOD HUB OPERATIONS STAFF SUPPORT PROGRAM

Food Works Group (FWG) has engaged with the Oregon Community Food Systems Network (OCFSN) to build a supportive peer community for food hub programs staff. Within the existing structure of the Network and the Food Hub Working Group, FWG will convene program staff in food hubs across Oregon for facilitated conversations, skill-building sessions, and coordinated peer-to-peer support to strengthen the backbone workforce of Oregon’s food hubs. FWG will determine the logistics, approach, and topics discussed in cohort sessions, as well as plan and facilitate each session. The cohort will provide much-needed support for food hub staff involved in operations to support their work and careers.
